Not sure about your goals, but if you plan to get on stage, you need to keep growing. Start doing deadlifts, heavy compounds and thicken up more. At your height, youre gonna need a LOT more mass. You'll look like a beach body compared to a guy 5'7" at the same weight.

In any case, nice foundation to start from.
