post cycle help.

i need a little help for my post cycle.
ive been reading alot of different things.
i was thinking about taking omifin the day after my last shot for 2 weeks then after take novedex.
i dont know the proper mg's i should be taking either
i heard the omifin can help you keep alot of your gains.
i really need some advicee

what was your cycle - compounds/amounts/time frame??

test cyp 1.5 cc for 12 weeks
anavar stating at week 4 and climbing my way up to 60 mg
with arimidex also

Chlomid 2 weeks after your last shot. Run it for 4 weeks, like this 100/100/50/50. Thats as simple as it gets.

so noo need for novedex?
are there alot of side effects with it?
and would it help me keep alot of my gains

stang is right on the money-may not even need 100mg of clomid-50 ed for 4 weeks would prob work-seeing as how your running a pretty low dose of test-if its 250mg/ml-if its 200mg/ml i dont even know if that was worth it

yeahh but i nthink 1.5 cc for my first cycle is alrightt
i dont want to get alot of sides from it
can i take arimidex all the way through with the clomid to keep the sides away?
i heard taking clomid before bed is better too?

No dont take arimidex post cycle. The reason for taking chlomid before bed is the supposed emotional sides. I always take it before bed and never a problem. Also i belive the supposed sides of chlomid are from high dose, some guys will frontload 300mg the first day which IMO is not necessary.

so no acne or anything like that with clomid?
i usuallly go to bed around eleven or tweleve. should i take it then?
