i run sust 500mg a week(sunday and wednesday) for 8 weeks and nerobol 20mg(the same dianabol) for first 4 weeks. i'm thinking hcg and proviron for pct, friend also suggest add nolva. say how mgs should i take each of them? i can buy hcg 3 ampoules total 15.000 units, isn't it too much? can i shot it 5000-5000-2500-2500?

Use nolva for post cycle therapy (pct) 40/40/20/20

proviron will not resrtore your hpta function but it will make you feel good and it does give some protection against estrogen.

Don't use hcg once you start the nolvadex post cycle therapy (pct). USe it before post cycle therapy (pct) begins.

my english is poor so if i don't bother u explain me: how much of hcg should i use? i would start it 3 weeks after last shot. i also read that proviron or nolva should be run 2-3 more weeks than you finish hcg.is that true?if anyone can write full post cycle therapy (pct) cycle

it is 3rd week now. 1st real cycle. i tried just d-bol some time ago . i use suntanon 1-2-2-2-2-2-2-1 amp/week. weigt about 225 i think 13-14%bf

i prefer clomid over nolva... i find nolva doesn't work well enough... clomid at 100mg a day for 2 weeks then 50 mg for two weeks

Go ahead and start using the hCG. Use 300-500 iu every 4-5 days. Continue using the hCG until just before post cycle therapy (pct). post cycle therapy (pct) starts three weeks after your last injection.

Proviron is not needed.

You can store hCG in the refrigerator after mixing. If the hCG came in a vial, then store it in the vial. Otherwise, you either need to get a new sterile vial or store it in insulin pins.

Inject the hCG with insulin pins, subcutaneous.

Depends on who you ask. I'm not a fan of taking it during PCT, but many guys do.

When you say 2 on, 2 off, do you mean days or weeks? 2 days on, 2 days off is not very good...go for 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off.

i mean weeks.you see if i wait 1 week after last shot and start clen for 2 weeks, i fininish it 3 weeks after last shot and then i start my post cycle therapy (pct). i'll start hcg after the cycle, so how can i devide 15.000ui?5000-5000-2500-2500 is good?lets say everey 5th day.

No. You want to go ahead and start using the hCG _now_ and continuing until just before post cycle therapy (pct) starts.

Using hCG after the cycle is an outdated protocol.
