so i have...

arimidex,nolvadex.

i take arimidex .25mgs eod?
nolvadex is for pct right? and if my nipples start to ich or if im feeling gyno coming i use it right?

and on pct how much nolvadex each day do i take?

First off what's your cycle? How much experience you have with AAS and from the sound of it you ain't ready for a cycle.. Do some research on here and you'll find plenty of threads regarding a proper cycle with a proper pct.. just giving you a heads up. GOOD LUCK
