I would start HCG about a week or two into the cycle at 250iu every 4 or 5 days.

For PCT, just run the Clomid. No need for Nolvadex as well, and besides, Clomid is superior at restarting your HPTA.

I've used toremifene and loved it. Whats your opinion, if any, on it?

I have never tried and haven't heard enough feedback to form an opinion.
