PCT help for my third cycle

Hi everyone, im starting my third cycle soon, but i need help with my post cycle.
STATS: 23 years, 190lbs, 9-10% BF, 4 years training
CYCLE HISTORY: 2 cycles done, (sust and diana) and (winny, var, clen)
I read about using nolvadex with 19-nor steroids such as deca or tren, but i need more information

THIS WILL BE MY CYCLE:
1-12 testonon (250mg e4d)
1-10 deca (300mg wk)
7-12 Winstrol (winny) (50mg eod)
pct will be the same (adex 0.5 eod, and hcg 500iu wk during cycle)
nolva 40/20/20
clomid 100/50/50

WHAT DO U GUYS THINK ??? PCT OK ??

got anything for progesterone like caber,deca should be ran for 12 to 14 weeks dropp nolva extend clomid to 4 weeks
