Post cycle therapy (pct) help...

greetings all
stats :1.82 m,75 kg,28 yrs old

am running

week 1-10 :test e 500mg/week
week 1-8 : deca-dura 400mg/week
week 1-4: dbol 20mg/day


please advise on post cycle therapy (pct) during cycle and post cycle. please tell me what i need. i read so many threads that am losing my mind, sorta confused, especially with deca/nolvadex that people say is a no no together...please someone help...
