Pct starting in 1 week last minute help

alright so i got one week left in my cycle (see below), And just have a question about post cycle therapy (pct). My nolva comes in 25 MG TABS and i need to take 40/40/20/20 for 4 weeks, anyways just wondering if it would be okay to take 50/50/25/25 for nolva that way i wont have to split the tabs cause its going to be a pain to split them to get the corrrect dosages. and is this pct sufficient? thank you.

wk 1-12 test-p 150 mgs EOD (600 mg a week)
wk 1-6 Anavar 50mg ED
Adex .25 eod from start (buumped to .50 after a few weeks due to high estra)

Drop Adex at begining of PCT
PCT 5 days after last shot
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/50/50



Im 25, 220lbs 6'3 17%bf
HISTORY
deca/winny one cycle- 4 weeks (injury)
mast/equip one cycle -8 weeks
test-p alone one cycle- 8 weeks 1cc eod
Var a few times alone.
clen drops once alone.

Yes, it's fine. You won't need 50mg on your second week, though. And it's a good idea to frontload your first week of clomid.

thanks, what do you suggest i run the 2/3/4 week for nolva, then and for clomid, can you explain frontload? thank you

Thanks for the insight austinite, my nolva was dosed at 25mg per cap and was wondering the same thing. Also, my clomid comes in 50mg caps, is it ok for me to do the first week at 100mg then follow it with 50mg for the rest? Thanks and hope I'm not thread jacking the OP.

Absolutely. 75 to 100 for week 1 is fine.

wait at least 10 days after your last shot to start PCT... too many people start PCT too soon after last injection, if u want your PCT to be most effective it's best to wait til your test levels have almost bottomed out. I suggest 10-12 days after a short ester and 18-21 days after a long ester to be starting PCT

as for your dosages... take 50mg for 3 wks, then 25mg the last week, that should work fine (clomid is a much more effective med, but since u have the nolva it will have to do)

this regimen is what has been most effective for me and friends of mine over the course of 20 years trial and error

10 days after prop? Not a good idea. Once the ester clears, hypothalamus should start again, regardless of serum testosterone, you need to start once HPTA starts itself, so you can aid it. Serum testosterone has no relevance whatsoever.
