PCT w/Nolva

im gettin off a 12 week cycle (EQ500mg EW) Test En.(500mg EW)
was wondering how much Nolva should i take per day and for how long.i have some HGC also and was wondering about that too.Thanks in advance guys/gals.

Nolva PCT........first 14 days @ 40mg/day, followed by another 14 days @ 20mg/day.
