post workout

I really put the large majority of my effort into my daily diet as opposed to one PWO meal. Everyone has their "optimum" pwo routine.
 
immediately PWO i like using:
1-2 scoops waxy maize
5-10g BCAAs
5g taurine
3g CEE

then about 20-30 minutes later:
protein shake
some carbs

all of these come from the link in my sig.
 
2 scoops of Dextrose
2 scoops of Whey
5 grams of creatine
5 grams of BCAA's


I may try that waxy maize crap that everyone is hollering about.

Myself:
2 scoops WMS immediately after lifting

Then 30-60 mins later:
2 scoops Protein
Taurine
+ some type of carbs
 
i tried the whole carbing up after working out..didn't notice much...may have something to do with me sipping a powerade throughout my workout. i just use
40-50g whey isolate
6g creatine
200mg ala
100mg american ginseng
 
5 minutes after WO
5g taurine
3-5g CEE
15-20g BCAA
Centrum

30-45 min after WO
48g whey isolate

90 min after WO
4oz of lean protein (fish, chicken, beef)
2-3 cheese sticks
 
Immediately after my workout:

1/2-1 scoop of weight gainer
2 scoops whey
5-10 grams glutamine
500-1000 mg vitamin c
400 IU vitamin E

1-2 hours after my workout:

1 cup oatmeal
2 scoops whey
1/4 cup mixed nuts

or

1 cup brown rice
chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
 
i just started doing

16oz whole milk
4tbls heavy whipping cream
4 whole eggs (egg powder) (or 4 raw egg yolks what ever i fancy at the time)
23g whey
1 banana
1 tbls honey
