100% agree that you have to eat. My normal workouts were taking place at 5-6 and i could get my PWO Shake (2:1 dextrose/whey) and the follow up with a meal (chicken / brown rice) a few hours later.
just wondering, that since its so late (well so close to bed) that do i really want to be slamming a simple sugar / protein or do i want a solid meal instead .... or just a protein shake sans carb
