I always have a Protein+ Dextrose shake Post Work Out, and I was wondering if some BuckWheat Pancakes with low carb syrup or sugarfree syrup would be acceptable with a nice 40g Protein shake on the side postworkout? Not all the time but maybe twice a week or would that ruin my diet?
