ok, i read the directions for 10g to 40ml of 250mg.... can you do this without heating in the oven? doesnt going through a filter twice sterilize the solution?? why do you need to heat the oil in an oven? can you just put it in warm water over the stove?

the reason that you have to put it in the oven and heat is it stilizes it.

why would you filter twice anyway?

you dont need to heat oil in oven before hand.

9. Draw out solution with a syringe, run though Whatman filter.
10. Take other syringe with 2ml oil, run through Whatman into solution

this is why i thuoght youfilter twice.. but i misunderstood it... read it wrong

Warm water wont kill a damn thing if you want clean hands, you'd be using 170º or so water.
