pre-max sustain alpha

ive been working out for six years and ive ran a few cycles and im probably goin to cycle again but i wanted to try some supplements and see what kind of gains i can get. im 6'2 180 and 10%bf.

i just started today using pre max and sustain alpha. im goin post threads just to show my experience. my buddy turned me on to these supplements and swears by primordial performance. he knows his stuff and posts threads on the steroid forums all the time. so i thought i would take his advices. and if i make good gains then i will stick with primordial performances supps.

so far i got a good pump at the gym but im expecting more. but its just the first day and hopefully i will get more of a pump. i guess well see. and also it doesnt taste very good but im not drinking it for the taste so i could really care less. ill post again after a couple more days.
 
LOL-i like to think i know what im talking about-glad you finally started posting-i hope you make great gains before you start you cycle T.

Any friend of newbie is a friend of ours! Welcome to the board bro. I'd love to hear more about how premax works for you. Are you using the topical sustain alpha or the liqua vade? Cause that stuff definatly does taste like shit!
 
im using topical sustain alpha.

today was my second day using these supps and i was fuckin pumped at the gym. i had a great workout and this was the pump i was hoping for. i hope its like that everyday from now on.

im not sure how long im goin to do it cause im gettin eager and kinda wantin to start a cycle. im interested in bodybuilding on a more serious level. and altho these supps are good im just not sure its goin to give me what i want. i want to be 6 2 220 solid as a rock and 10% bf. so goin natural i think that will take ten years and id like to compete in the next few years. so im at a crossroads right now. not sure what im goin to do:repost:

i will have to agree-today was my 4th day of dbol and i def had huge pump in gym-and t you stayed right with me the whole workout-especially on intensity.
 
my third day on the supps and im pleasantly suprised that i had another great work out. i was a little bit tired but thats because i worked ten hours today but honestly i got in the gym and i was no longer tired and i hit em hard as hell for 45 minutes. and yea my bad i am takin the liqua vade. takin the day off tomorrow but will be back on sunday. its chest day and my hardest but favorite day. tryin to get a chest like arnie. i got a while to go tho lol.
 
my fifth day and it was a great chest day. im loving the pump im gettin. like i said the taste of the pre max isnt very good buts its a distict taste and i know as soon as it hits my lips i know im goin to get pumped and i love it.

but im wondering if its ok to increase the pre max for a more intense pump. it might start to get expensive if i do that but im thinkin it might be worth it. trauma i would like to hear what u have to say about this.

and im looking to gain more weight. if u have any suggestions on that other than eating a ton let me know.
 
my sixth day and the directions on the sustain alpha is to stay on for five days and come off for two for best results. so i didnt use the sustain alpha and i still had a good work out. it was leg day and i had a good pump. the pre max is the shit and is still giving me good pumps and i dont feel like shit after my work out either which is good. but i am noticing that im gettin a little more aggresive and im not sure if its from the supps or because im stressing. and also im not as hungry and i feel like these supps are suppresing my hunger. i need to eat so much more than i am. i have to force myself to eat and 2 weeks ago i had no problem eating 3000 cal a day. but now im struggling. and it sucks cause i know how important food is to training
 
my tenth serving of the pre max and i gotta say it was worth every penny. i was pumped everytime i took it. it felt like i was on cyle and juiced in the gym. and i have to say its the best non hormone ive ever taken and ive taken a lot of stuff. ive made great gains in just two weeks so i will always suggest primordial performance if anyone ever needs advices on supps. i need to get more so i might order it tomorrow cause i want to continue growing and keep the pump and intesity that ive gotten from pre max.
