Hi,

I play college football so I'm heavy into lifting. I'm 20, Bench 320, Squat 410, and I'm about 5'8. I've been taking pre-workouts quite consistently since I was 17. Lately I've been struggling with really sore joints. Shoulders hurt, elbows, ankles, and my knees when I do legs. Really starting to get to me and throw off my lifting. Could this be from pre-workout?? Like the creatine in it drying everything out? Any suggestions on what I should do. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

I also recently just got on a diet from 3J! Love it minus my sore joints when I lift.

Thanks guys!!

Creatine wont dry your joint out. Sounds like you need to take some fish oil or glucosamine. I take 2 pills when i wake and 2 before bed. Fish oil works the same as glucosamine, to help over all body support and lube ur joints. And maybe just lay off the really heavy lifting for a lil while just to give ur joints a break. If ur body hurts then listen.

Thanks, I really appreciate that! So you think I should keep with pre workout after I take a break, or just drop it? I'll start on fish oil asap. Not complaining about it, just hate feeling like crap when I lift!

Also, make sure you do some warm up sets. I always start out with some fag weight and warm up good first before trying to hit heavier.

Orbit Nutrition - Buy Controlled Labs Orange Triad Cheap I just started this couple weeks since having some joint flare ups. I haven't used it before but seen a lot mention it. I will keep this from now on as it's def help and has other added benefits.

No its not from the pre-workout. Its from all the heavy lifting your doing. Lighten it up for a bit. Below is a good joint supplement. Use the code meat10 for 10 percent off and free shipping in the US. Also look into krill oil. I'm posting a link for that.
