pre workout slin

well i am experimenting abit.

today i took in 6 ius before i went to the gym. [ humilin r]

i could feel the difference right away, i felt very full and very pumped,

it was noticeable.

i did however wait to long before i hit the gym after injection, i did back and rear delts today .

went through back with no problems, started to go hypo when finishing up rear delts, grabbed some oj that i had with me and all was fine.

tomorrow, i will do the 6 ius 30 minutes before i do shoulders, take in my carbs and protein in before workout at that 30 minute mark.

i take in another meal 1 hour and a half after humilin r inject so , this will come as i am finishing my workout, utilizing the protein and carbs to there fullest once again.

will try this for a bit to see how it goes.

It peeks a little harder and sooner when done IM vs SQ. So with an IM shot I'm cooking in about 45 minutes and at 1.5 hours I'm done, it's over. So for pre workout I like to shoot 2 hours out IM.. Your millage may very. Smaller amounts to0 like 4-5 ius compared to the post 10-12ius..
