Pro Card

I just talked to an old training buddy of mine and was really impressed to find out he just got his pro card. The guy is and always has been a monster, around 260 or so. Anyway last we talked he was prepping for a show and apparently he cleaned house and got his pro card!
I am really happy for him and pretty honored that someone I know and used to train with is actually taking this lifestyle to that level. Very cool. Just wanted to share that here.
Oh something else that is pretty ironic is someone who I befriended on another forum is actually his prep coach so not only did my buddy get his card , but my online friend is his coach! Very cool!

I dont know him personally but I know who he is. One of my friends competed in that same show. He didnt do as well as I though he was going to and not not as well as he had hoped. Some big Canadian boys though!

And his coach placed very well (literally just shy of his own pro card) at the same event

edit: unless you're talking about the master's pro card...then the relationship between me/them is different but I still know them
