RippedMass said:1. How else can you do "feet forward" squats for quads? .
RippedMass said:2. Or use as a standing calf press machine with unlimited weight by using a box and plate if your gym doesnt have a standing calf raise? .
RippedMass said:3. Or use it to hold your feet down to do full range situps? .
RippedMass said:4. Or upside down squats?.
RippedMass said:BTW, upsidedown squats are the deepist squat you can do, to strengthen the lower motion of your squat.
You lie on a bench in the smith machine, and press the bar up with your feet, letting the bar down as low as possible into your body.
Hard to explain.
wench said:I don't. i do my squats the correct way.
My gym has a standing calf raise. plus a seated one. plus a leg press that i use too.
Ok, i guess its good to hold things like my belt, gymbag, and feet.
wtf?
wench said:?? don't you have a leg press?
why not just DO squats? you know, with the bar?
how long have you been lifting?
RippedMass said:You obviously dont know much. I was not trying to be rude.
Popichulo said:Just know that the bar on a SMITH Machine is weighed and balanced and only weighs 15lbs. REMEMBER this shit .
