I gave up on this board a while ago now. The only reason I posted again is because I had a private message to answer, so I quickly looked on here and saw this thread. What a waste of time these boards are. They are full of average dorks that will never make it on stage, and swear that their way is the best way, and ask the same questions over and over.
Im thinking all these boards are used for, is for losers to get there fake steroids. I mean if the net is where you get your steroids, you are seriously a moron, and all the advice given on this board shows that you are all indeed morons. Do you guys have a doctor to monitor your steroid use? If not, you are truely foolish. Not even bigron himself takes steroids blindly. You need to be monitered daily, not weekly. But you all knew that already because your the hardcore bodybuilders of the world on here.
Its also funny when its the same guy who does not know what exercises work a certain muscle group, is the guy telling everyone what is right and wrong. I outta this shit hole for good.

im guessing he was 5'10" and maybe 178. prolly a certified personal trainer with his nose so far up in the air that if it rained he would drown. i mean nothing wrong with pesoanl trainers (i am certified) if you know what you doing from years of experince in the gym. but those classes re a joke. thats why i got cerytified so i could see what goes on. some of the folks in my class never been in a gym before and got certified. give me a break.
all that iso work is a waste of time less you a nationally ranked BBer and need to fix a specific spot or two. heavy compound movements works for everyone less you have a severe med problem.
if you guys have a hard time believing this go to a top level pling meat and look at the the beasts in action.
