Problem with my Liquid Nolva

So I have gone through one 50mL bottle of Nolva about a year ago and everything was good so I ordered another this fall (lae August) When I received it I opened it and glanced inside saw it was legit and have since kept it in my closet in the original packaging. I finally got around to my cycle and have less than one week left so I go to take out the Nolva and I notice about 20% is missing.

There was a very tiny leak at the base of the bottle and nolva got out into the mailer and on to my receipt. I contacted RUI, but they said because it was past 120 days they wouldn't do anything. I feel this isn't right due to the fact that I had it stored properly and it appears to be faulty packaging.

The original response from my CS department which was sent to you was escalated up the chain to me before you posted this comment. I had authorized a new bottle to be shipped out to you at that time. Be on the look out for an email from my CS team with details regarding this.

Seriously??? I ordered some liquid stane a while back. The first bottle was spot on. On my second bottle my lab rats didn't respond at ALL... Sent RUI a email and got a response to the effect that "our products are for research purposes only. We have had no issues with batch #??????. Haven't ordered anything from them since. For $80 you would figure it would be legit. Not to mention the $$ i had spent with them prior.

Perhaps I was too hasty here, they are in fact sending me a new bottle and I am very happy with that. I will now be checking all my shipments more closely and I suggest everyone do the same.
