Problem with needsizes ab routine ?????

i know im going to risk sounding like a complete moron here
but ive been trying out needsizes ab routine

i get on a decline bench
i lock my feet in place

then i lay back till i feel resistance

problem is
i know im doing them wrong somehow

cause instead of feeling it in the midsection
i feel it a lot in my legs more then anything

is this normal?


if not what do i need to do to correct this ?
 
When your coming up on the decline your probably using your legs to pull up your body weight, instead of your abs. Relax your legs, and just concentrate and the feeling of resistance in your abs. If done correctly this is a great exercise.
