First off, you need to cut out the ice cream and chips. You are getting almost all of your protein from shakes. You can keep the shakes the same, but you need to eat a lot more solid foods. Add in some chicken, some tuna or salmon, and maybe some lean ground beef. You aren't getting many calories at all. Try to get in about 3500-4000 calories a day and I guarantee that you will gain weight.

I was 130lbs for all 4 yrs of high school and then maybe 135 for the first two yrs of college..... Then I spent a yr in the gym developing form and a solid routine. Still no huge gains but was def. stronger.

2nd year-I did a cycle of Deca and ate about 5-6 times a day....IT worked out ok for my first cycle eventhough I made so many mistakes....

IM at 160lbs now and lifting more weigt then ever. I feel good but IM not yet where I want to be... 175-180 is the 2004 goal for me. So just keep eating and hitting the gym...it will all work out for U.

if you really don't like eggs,,, you can try this out,,, i take 3-4 eggs and scramble them, then sprinkle on some gradded cheese, taste's awesome and i can get them down in minutes... also, if you don't like tuna, just drink water with each bite you take (helps you drink a lot of water in a day too)... other then that, yeah you do gotta eat more food then what you are,,, seems that your mainly taking in liquids, you gotta get some solid food in there,,, but keep at it and train hard. good luck.
