progesterone/prolactin on test only cycle

so i am running an all test cycle i had bloods done prior to going on and they came back with out of range prolactin that going hand in hand i think with slightly lactating nipples so i took cabser. horrible stuff had major sides on it anyway lactating nips went and i thought i was fine so im now running 500mg a week test with 0,5 armidex and i have slightly puffy nipples again and lactating, so what should i do? do i up the dose of arimidex and then add cabser if i need to i hate cabser but i here it the only way to lower it. i must say i have no libido atm i think this is caused by the high prolactin now i now you guys will say get bloods but how in the UK? i had mine done at my GP because i had ED issues from the high prolactin but if i go now they just give me viagra and if the do give me a blood test surely my test levels will be sky high from being on cycle..i would appreciate and advice

I would probably add cabser, but that's me. If anything, caber should definitely increase your libido. I've read studies that males who took it had increased libido and can actually have multiple orgasms, one right after another. The average male needed a 19 minute break between sex, but patients taking cabergoline were able to stay hard after an orgasm and have a couple more.

What is your estrogen looking like? Bet that may be the underlying isssue. If it is, try adding in a DHT based compound: Masteron, AndroHard, etc..

ok whats peoples thoughts on increasing the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to 1mg EOD first then use the cabser if this is not helping? DHT compound i will look into i have a feeling this is estro related androhard stupidly expensive just to sort this issue masteron i will look into thanks

Adex will do nothing to lower your prolactin. Take the caber .5 mg 2-3 x per week and you should be fine

adding masteron or proviron might help a bit... but if u had prolactin issues prior to going on cycle the problem is not gonna just go away, even with caber.

you dont get that from just test + Aromatase inhibitor (AI), either your have it out of rainge at a genetic level, your test is tainted or you have the glands developed from last cycle or puberty? i have NEVER herd of this from JUST test... but i suppost anything may be possible, DEFF not common, never herd of that myself before.

I wish you luck man! i had a bit of that issue from when i first used deca, no issues now, dont even use prami on deca (but ALWAYS have it on hand, and deca i dont pass 300-400mg ew)

Estrogen has a direct impact on prolactin levels. Much more so than progesterone.

Look into Prami 0.25-0.5mg pre-bed . you may like it more then caber, some say one over the other, I have prami because i get my study stuff from rui and never had any bad issue with it.

I agree estrogen plays a big role, even for so called (deca/tren gyno) keeping estrogen AND prolactin levels in check are importent!

you are correct i was told by a member to drop the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) early as i was getting bad stomach i then re introduced the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at 0.5 with food that helped but by that time i think estro had gotten high. i took 1mg of Adx yesterday and i have already noticed less puffy nipples either i am very sensitive to estro or my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) is under dossed its genshi so g2g but i am going to keep running 1mg for a while and see how i feel.. also i have no lactation anymore so i think this was all from high estro

DONT keep playing/checking them daily, stimulation can make it worse, trust me.

I agree on this with you. Especially on a test only cycle. However when you add a 19 nor the progestin acting as progesterone up regulates prolactin receptors ..enhancing the existing prolactin levels effects. Unfortunately i dont know on any selective prolactin receptor modulators so the solution has to be lowering it. I think its rare. I know it doesnt effect gyno because the upregulation of prolactin receptors doesnt occur in breasts tissue. However I do think for some sexual sides could occur.
We definitely agree ...estrogen management is the key.

Sorry to post it here but I'm desperate. My libido is lost I don't know if my e2 is high or my prolactin is high. I saw a guy that took superdrol and he had the same symptons that I have like no morning wood no libido etc but his prolactin was 12 and he was lactating. What should I do? Try some caber?
