this is a good site to do a little reading. Keep in mind its owned be the people who are pushing the support sups they are talking about so just ignore them parts. The info on the otc steroids them self are not a bad place to start.

There is a book called anabolic pharmacology that also gives a good brake down of all steroids including the legal ones.
