I'm not the wisest bloke on the block,but that's a lot of shakes bro. You should only have a shake post w/o, eat real food. Have the eggs pre workout and the whey post. Get rid of the gainers, most of the carbs is probably sugars. Like I said a lot more experienced guys here to help you, especially 3J. Listen to every word he says, he's a genius with diets

It's just split in through the day
How is eggs chicken yams pb brown rice not real food lol???
 
I said eat real food instead of a weight gainer shake. 1250 cals from food is way better than getting it from a weight gainer

With food I'm consuming 3900-4100 cals that's alone I just started and a week into no sort of weight gain I started at 180.5 lbs 13.8 bf
When I rechecked a week later it was 178.5
So that's why I jumped on a mass gainer to see if it would help
Today I checked I was back at 180.5 with 13.5%bf
 
so the rule here is to have a whey shake post workout and no other protein supp.. everything should be coming from food.. drop the gainer bro.. thats gonna make some big changes right there

What is the issue with mass gainers ?mean its low in fat and I need the extra carbs and cals protein is fine
I'm a huge believer in food,the only Supp I was taking was protein no vitamins glutamine creatine or aminos until I just started this bulk which has only been two weeks
After a week of eating 4k cal of just food no numbers changed
Something should have at least showed
