im looking at doing my first cycle, and my only worry is acne. i had it very bad when i was like 15 and took acutane for close to a year to get it under control. i dont mind a few zits but i dont want this huge breakout to come back to life. if i did a short(6weeks @100mg eod) prop cycle would this create less of a risk than the usual 10week 500mg enanthate? those of you with a strong history of acne, how has your skin reacted to test?

Some find that they react differently (in terms of acne) to different esters, but it shouldn't make a huge difference. One of the benefits of running prop though would be that you could adjust your doses a lot quicker if problems arise. The downside is the more frequent injections.
my though process was that with a shorter cycle, and relatively low dose one, that i wouldnt be as suppressed and that i could lower the risk for bad breakouts during pct(thats when i hear it usually gets bad). am i way off base with that idea?? i was also thinking that i would be able to use this to see how i react to test, and if poorily then i could back out faster than with a longer ester.

Your natural testosterone levels are going to be suppressed with either cycle. Yes, the shorter cycle will suppress them for a shorter period of time but it will still be suppressed.

The acne during post cycle therapy (pct) is usually related to the fluctuating hormone levels that the user is experiencing. This is something that can't really be avoided. Like I said above, your testosterone levels will be suppressed and will need to rebound post-cycle. This is unavoidable.
