I just got a software program thats supposed to help me log my diet and help monitor what im taking in. I entered all my info and its recommending 3160 calories, with 105 g from fat, 434 grams of carbs and 118 grams of protein. Some of these numbers are off from what i expected.

Stats:
Just started 2nd week of sust 250 injecting 1ml twice a week
age:25
ht:5'11''
wt:183lbs

I would love some input from some vets. Im looking to put on lean muscle only. I only want to gain good weight. Im taking 12.5mgs aromasin eod for estrogen control and minimize bloat.
Thanks guys

3J, thast exactly what I was thinking. Before i was trying to do about 250grams protein 400 carbs and 100 fat(good fats)

I also wanted to add that I play a very competitive 90minute soccer game every sunday on top of light cardio twice a week. I play midfield so i do a lot of running. Should i alter diet througout the week for this or just for that one day?

im partnered with a dietitian and nutritionist..

though these guys who get degrees in nutrition do not have the knowledge necessary for bodybuilding..

they dont teach you bodybuilding and power lifting diets in nutrition school.. that can only come from real world experiences... i learned from the best... a few very well known vets and my own personal experience with people..

it consists of years of research on my part... and obviously success with my clients..

haha.. i went to a nutritionist/dietitian once.. she told me to eat 2000 calories.. 100g protein..

i looked at her and laughed as i left the office

lmao, ya i think the "recommended daily value" of protein is like 100g a day.

bodybuilding is definately something different.
