Proper preparation of eggwhites

whatsup, im a student and mornings are usually pretty hectic for me cuz I lift in the mornigs and I have to be at school. my question is if I can get the egg whites I need and store them in a container that way in the morning I can just pour them out instead of cracking each one and getting the egg white out. is this process safe?

i thought about doing this, but i realized that in the amount of time it takes for the pan to heat up, i can crack all my eggs and get my oatmeal in the microwave with time to spare. IMO it really wouldnt be worth it to do it ahead of time...but, if you had to for some reason, i dont see why cracking them into a container and putting a lid on them wouldnt be safe.

I agree w/ eating the eggs whole. More cals = more growth. And if you really don't want to do that, just buy the quart egg beaters. I used to do that for a while but recently switched back to eating whole eggs so I can get more cals in.

maybe hes getting plenty of calories elsewhere and doesnt need to eat them whole. I love it when people take general advice and apply it to everyone/everything.

or maybe hes trying to lose weight.

Or maybe he's not getting enough calories elsewhere
Or maybe he's trying to gain weight
I love when people give advice and their opinion and someone bashes them for doing that.

well nex time someone asks about chicken ill tell them to eat steak because its higher calorie

thanks for all the replies, im trying to lose fat and I used to eat the whole egg, around 8-12 for breakfast but then I got my blood levels checked and my cholesterol was really high so thats why im sticking to 8 whites and 2 whole eggs. I'll just do it the way i was doing it instead of trying to find an easier route. thanx

Every night I break 6 whites and 1 whole and put it in a container with a top on it and put it in the fridge for the morning takes me less than 5 minutes.
