Proprioceptive Squats

OK as a physio I know quite a bit about core stability exercises and increased muscle/proprioceptive activation when exercising on an unstable surface. I now and again use the power plate for example.

However check out this dude performing squats on a physio ball. Don't Try This at Home Video :eek2:

Please, please do not think that I am in anyway advocating that you should attempt this activity. :laugh3:
 
what the fuck is the point of doing that??? he is risking literally breaking his neck if he falls...
