Protein Overloading

hay bros!

so yeah..was wondering about this...can one possible stack too much on protein?? is it good or bad?? required at all or not??

do people get sick from it in any ways/??

ill tell you what happens to me when i eat to much protien, i get TERRIBLE gas! Like bad enough to peel paint, to burn flesh (not mine).

it happens when i go over around 100g in one meal, but depends on type of protein too. chicken gets me pretty bad, but i have to eat about 8+ servings of whey protein before i blow it up from that.

protein isnt stored in fat cells, its converted to glucose (ever heard of gluconeogenesis? probably not) or fat. From there a number of things can happen. Storage in fat cells is one.
 
Yep. I gained a LOT of fat during bulking last year because I was using about 3 scoops post workout along with about 4000cals of food with a lot of protein. I gained about 2% bf from too much protein in my diet. My body is really sensitive to calories an dprotein. I find that a moderate amount of protein in my diet allows for better strength and leaning out.

U can gain fat from eating too much of ne thing. Im usually on a high protein diet and do well. Stay pretty lean most of the time, but sometimes the gas gets me. Bout all the ill effects ive had. U want bad gas, eat alot of pickled fish. I went to this buffett and ate a bunch of meat along w/alot of pickled fish and about killed myself w/the fumes. My boss was ready to shit can me :P U'll be alright tho, just eat sensibly. Keep protein high, but jsut remember u need other stuff too.

oh, man. if we could only compare the stink...cause mine are the worse thing i've ever smelt in my life when i take in a lot of protein.
 
I just love it when my aunts send me package of protein from tthe USA. free protein..woot woot!!

and is it just me..or does protein diet makes your fart smell like fuck?
