Protein pancakes!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know there are several recipes out there. Here's what I did this morning and they were phenomenal:

1 cup Oat Flour
0.5 cup Egg Whites
0.5 - 1 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla or Cinnamon)
1 TBSP Baking Powder
0.5 of a Banana
Cinnamon to taste

And my protein powder is from n2bm, peanut butter crunch so the pancakes had a strong peanut butter taste. I added a little extra almond milk as the batter was really thick, even with 1 cup. Amazing!

Yeah, I do the same thing. Sorry about the confusion there...oat flour=ground up oats. Had a few this morning, with my eggs. Definitely helps to add a little sweetness to bfast!

Looks good i usually just use ground up oats any advantage using oat flour, never actually heard of it
 
I got a super would easy one with oatmeal, egg whites and cinamon

But 1 cup dry oats and 1 cup egg whites and a dash of cinamom maybe some stevia
If running add more oats

Mix it up and put on skillet
Not super tastey but clean and quick
 
If you ll excuse me I will add a simple 5 min recipe to urs as I don't want to start a thread about this.
5-6 egg whites
2 scoops casein protein chocolate flavor
Handfull of nuts : walnuts / almonds.. Crushed.
1 tbl vanilla flavor unsweetened

Blend the casein with the egg whites on a high speed blender.. Add the vanilla flavor and little bit of water as u blend .
Put in the microwave for 3 min , use a deep bowl as the mix will expand..

Cool down , add the crushed nuts on top,

A great before bed meal.. And delicious.
