I remember hearing somewhere (probably on the Internet so it's GOTTA be true :rolleyes2 ) that the average person can't digest more than 60 grams of protein in an 1-2 hrs. Is this correct?

well technically, yea i guess its true, but the general bullshit "rule" is that you shouldnt eat more than 30g in a sitting or per hour or whatever because your body will waste it, store it as fat, poop/piss it out, or however the bullshit story goes.

bigger meals = longer, slower digestion.

true but one should aim to eat more frequently. therefore it makes sense to limit it to 3-40 grams of protein per meal no?

i just eat continuously, never stop. its one big meal all day. i dont even sleep because that shits catabolic - you cant eat in your sleep.
 
So let me make sure I've got this right. I should keep eating even when I'm sitting on the crapper taking a shit, right? lol
