Protein question regarding my diet...

I am currently taking CFM Isolate protein from proteinfactory.com, and am curious if I should be using some other form of protein that was slower digesting, or possibly just another company?

Here is what my diet consist of right now:

6am - Training/Cardio

8:15am - EITHER: 8 brown egg whites OR 60g CFM Isolate Protein
Oatmeal, 60g carbs

11:00am - 60g CFM Isolate protein
22g Fat from Organic flax oil

1:00pm - EITHER: chicken, turkey burger, steak, all around 50g-60g protein
Whole sweet potato or brown rice
zucchini & squash or green beans or asparagus
salad with ff vinigarette

3:30-4pm - 60g CFM Isolate protein
11g Fat from flax oil
16g Fat from Organic peanut butter (2 tbl spoons)

7:30pm - Dinner
Usually the same as lunch, or similiar

10:30pm - Shake before bed of CFM protein

Currently, I'm training to be "lean" and "shredded". I'm 5'10", weigh right under 170, and my bodyfat is getting closer to 7% from 8. I have it tested.

I like the CFM Isolate because it doesn't cause bloat, and I don't want bloat. But, I wonder if there is a slower digesting protein that I could put together that would solidify my diet and goals and keep my body from going into a catabolistic state between meals and defeating the purpose?

I feel hungry a lot of the time in between meals. Mostly in between the shakes. I'm keeping the shakes, as they work well for me and my schedule, but theres got to be a different formula I can make.

I'm starting up a cycle Monday, and it will consist of Var, Cyp, EQ, NPP. Very low doses, with AI's to keep me lean and mean.

What do you all recommend for new protein formulas, and should I move to trueprotein? I really would like to get one protein for during the day, and one for bedtime if possible.

Thanks for the help. I'm not good at dosing proteins together like they have on proteinfactory's site.

split the iso with slow digest proteins. Whats your PWO routine look like??

PS: You are not nearly of size to start with a cycle. You have a lot of room to put on size naturally before you have reached a point.

PWO is my 8:15am meal.

Yes, I'm of good size. You haven't seen my body to determine that I don't weigh enough for another cycle. 165 for me is lean and tight. Bodyfat is 7-8%, fluctuating closer to 7%. I am completely shredded from head to toe and even have stryations in my quads. I've been doing this for years, as I'm 28 years old, so I have a pretty good idea how my body works and reacts.

I would love to grow, yet I'm keeping my weight to around 175-177 max gain. I don't and can't gain more than that for other reasons I can't state, but I just have to keep trim and lean.

I will post pictures of before cycle, and during cycle.

But, man do I wish I could just let it rip and gain up about 30 pounds.

When I did my last cycle in 2005, I started around 170, and ended up almost 210, and kept almost all of it for a year. Genetics are crazy....thanks mom and dad....haha!
