protein w/ pop after work out

Mc deal meal special
would mixing your protien with a can of pop be a good thing or bad thing?
I was thinking cause of all the sugar it has in it would spike your insulin leading to faster absorption.

Just curious
 
i just stick to 2 scoop (70cc) of basic dextrose and glucose and some alpha lipoic acid for that extra insulin action
works for me.
