Protien uptake?

In one meal/shake how many grams of protien can a body assimilate in 2.5 to 3hours? I have heard and read everything between 35grams and 100grams. I know it will vary from person to person but in general I would think 60-80 grams max would be absorbed in one meal. Thoughts?
 
who knows everyone is different, also depends on if your juiced. just try for over 400g a day split up throughout the day and youll be good to go.
