Just finished Prop fina cycle...started to get itchy nips about 2 weeks ago & couldn't get a hold of Nolva until now @ the end....puffy nips started & little pebble bump under one nip....Still gonna run Nova for post cycle therapy (pct) but is it too late to get ride on the gyno...Will the puff go away?

What doses should I run on the NOlva to try to bring puff down or is the somehting else I should try...read about Letro & reversing gyno...not sure...any help would be appreciated.

Start the nolva immediatly at 60-80mg until the syptoms improve. Its not necessarily too late but theres only one way to find out. After that run your post cycle therapy (pct) as planned. You might also consider running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) since your E is probably rebounding, letro is said to help existing gyno, never tried it myself.

had a puffy and painful nip for almost 3months till I got some nolva, bigger than a pebble and when I started nolva it went away in two weeks.

ive seen clomid do the same.

Nolva is the best bet 80mg a day till it subsides (120mg if it is liquid or UG caps) then taper down after that. Since you were using tren, I would take some vitamin B6 @300mg a day with the nolva.

Nice catch, add B6 but id do at least 800-900mg/d. The stuff is cheap as dirt and pretty effective in my experience.

Definitely would work - but I heard somewhere too much b6 is bad (Seriously, I may just be making this up, or imagining this)

Thanx alot for the advice, just grabbed some B6 to add with the Nolva, guess we'll see if it works....thanx

Well it's been 2 weeks now...taking 80mg Nolva & 600mg B6 ed....havn't noticed any change. I'm pretty sure I have prolactin gyno from the tren cause when i squeze my nip they lactate though I have a lump in right nip & little puff in nips still.

I have heard that Dostinex will get rid of the pro-lactin gyno quick but will it do anything for the lump & little puff I still have?

Should i keep with Nolva B6 or switch to Letro to get ride of the puff & lump?

Anyone ever have this problem before, any advise? Thanx

J Steroid Biochem Mol Biol. 2001 Dec;79(1-5):27-34. Aromatase overexpression transgenic mice model: cell type specific expression and use of letrozole to abrogate mammary hyperplasia without affecting normal physiology.

Mandava U, Kirma N, Tekmal RR.

Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Emory University, 4217 Woodruff Memorial Building, 1639 Pierce Drive, Atlanta, GA 30322-4710, USA.

Our recent studies have shown thatoverexpression of aromatase results in increased tissue estrogenic activity and induction of hyperplastic and dysplastic lesions in female mammary glands and gynecomastia and testicular cancer in male aromatase transgenic mice. Both aromatase mRNA and protein are overexpressed in transgenic mammary glands and its expression is not limited to epithelial cells. However, it is more in epithelial than in stromal cells. Our results also indicate aromatase overexpression-induced changes in mammary glands can be abrogated [destroyed] with very low concentrations of the aromatase inhibitor, letrozole. Low concentration of letrozole had no effect on normal physiology as indicated by no significant change in the circulating levels of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone as well as no change in estrogen responsive genes such as the progesterone receptor and lactoferrin in the uterine tissue. These observations indicate that the expression of aromatase in both epithelial and stromal cells can influence the complex interactions of biochemical pathways leading to mammary carcinogenesis and that the aromatase inhibitor, letrozole can be used as chemopreventive agents without affecting normal physiology.

What dose should I run the Letro @ if i run it with the Nolva & should i go ed or eod? For how long? Should i taper down @ end?

letro is definitely amazing one of my clients who i train got some nasty gyno the size of a small marble which isnt that small for gyno. got him on the femara and within 4 days it was gone, now i call that amazing!

im experiencing the exact same problem..lumps and puffiness. in my 6th week on cycle dbol-deca-test and i started hitting the nolva week 4 at 40mg day but the gyno wont go away! Just recently the lumps also hurt a bit. Dont know what to do? im gonna start taking proviron with the nolva and i allready take vitamins. Should i drop the deca and up my test instead?????

I see that you recently resumed lifting in mid-March and you are now already six weeks into a dbol-deca-test cycle, with gyno problems, and you don't appear to know if the gyno is prolactin related or strictly estradiol related.

Yes, drop the deca, but don't bother upping the test. Assuming the test is long-ester, it isn't going to take effect until around week 10-12. By that time, you should be finihing up your cycle.

prolactin is when some fluid seeps out of ur nip right? if so thats what i got..just pressed my nip and wtf i could be breast feeding!!!

atali: yes, it sounds like you have prolactn gyno. Stop the deca and/or start taking vitamin B6 (take maybe 800mg/day until the gyno subsides...then try reducing it to 200mg).

B6 doesn't work for everyone.

Mranak is right about the b6.....But you don't need to drop the deca. add letrozole every day to your rat it will block the conversion to estrogen. You must have elevated levels of estrogen to have prolactin or progestrone
