Puffy/sensitive nipples normal?

I'm on my 7th week of test-C cycle 600mg/wk. My nipples are slightly puffy and sensitive. My last cycle the same thing happend, and it went away when i got off. Is this pretty normal? I heard theres a big difference between gyno and sensitive nipples...is that true?

Gynecomastia is more permanent of a problem. Sensitive nipples can turn into gynecomastia pretty quick so monitor yourself closely. Are you using anything to control your estrogen?

I run an AMDX at .5 EOD and still get puffy and sensitive nipples throughout my cycle. Generally in the first 24 hours after taking my shot and then the tend to subside a bit until my next shot. Even tried raising my AI dose for those days to see if that helped and it didnt. I believe it may just be a symptom for some of us

I've had pretty much the same experience.

I've used nolva before but the benefits didnt outweigh the negative, because it gave me acne.

Nolvadex is a serm and is very effective for correcting that nipple sensitivity issue, but that is about all it is good for. I would suggest you use 40mg day and 20mg ed after until the sensitivity is gone.

If you need something for overall estrogen control then an AI is needed and is needed. My personal favorite is Aromasin at 12.5mg ed.

The issue concerns me too but when I up my AI, I get crunchy popping shoulders and joints which tells me the AI is actually working. I don't mind the sensitivity as long as it's not the dreaded Gyno trying to develop in spite of my AI efforts, which would surprise me...Blood work next week for me in week 6 so I should know more. Since your symptoms are the same as mine, I'll post my results for another point of reference

Sensitive nipples are often the result of hormonal fluctuations. Gyno is an actual lump.

are you using an AI?
if not THAT is your issue and screw up.

nolva is NOT an AI and does NOT lower your estrogen... i rec dex 0.25-0.5mg eod.

Be careful with the A.I's. I messed around with arimidex without having any symptoms of high estrogen and my joints and libido paid the price. Nipple sensitivity is not the same as gyno even though it can be a precursor.
