after reading thru the dead lift thread i think i am gonna leave my workouts there. it is a great read from start to finish with some important tips for training. so there!!
yeah....i see that you little fingers is all bruised up. perhaps you could post your results there as well since you are making great progress since switching over to one of my routines. some others need to read it. just tell them about your bench progress for the last two weeks and how you were stuck for months previously.
It's a 3 day split with an heavy/light appproach every other week (to remain flexible and fast as well). Can't post any results so far because just started it about a week ago but am loving it so far.
Am finishing my heavy week by friday and I have to say I'm kind of looking forward to the light one as my lower back is still sore as hell from deadlifts on monday.
joshripped everybody is slightly differnt. PM me or post your current chest routine along with goals and objectives and we'll get ya moving forward again. weassle is trying to stay fleaxable and quick while putting on some mass and strenght. onyx on the other hand is wanting to get big. they are doin different routines.
