Kudos to you for sticking with it...that's awesome. I'm 240 at 6' right now with a little extra luggage that I really want to cut.
So you're 3 inches shorter than me and will be cut at 240...again...you must be thick. I wish I started lifting seriously earlier in life. I've come a long way in 4 years but can only imagine where I'd be if I started even back in my early 30's.
 
i been singing these praises for awhile now.i aint doing the online part but have been following the routine pretty much set for set.i really like it and my #'s and size are better for it.i tell everybody on here when they got a routine problem/question to use this routine!
