Dad wants to put on size. for the past 5 yrs he has been eating very clean. Low carbs, low cals, high protein diet. He weighed 265lbs an got done to 190lbs then started lifting again an now weighs 215lbs. He wants to weigh 225-230lbs. but he doesn't eat carbs and doesn't eat a lot of calories, because he is so use to eattin to lose weight instead of putting it on.
Will he still gain the weight (on cycle) with a low carb low cal diet with high amounts of protein?
