Well i am supper busy with things right now and im always on the go...I usually will do 2:1 ratio of dextrose/protien for PWO...but when i do this i have to mix my protien and water and then my dextrose and water then combine....the two no i have never been a big fan of all the muscletech and other sups like that...im a fan of your basics and a good diet....anyone recommend anything you are having good results with?
