PWO besides my protein/dextrose

Well i am supper busy with things right now and im always on the go...I usually will do 2:1 ratio of dextrose/protien for PWO...but when i do this i have to mix my protien and water and then my dextrose and water then combine....the two no i have never been a big fan of all the muscletech and other sups like that...im a fan of your basics and a good diet....anyone recommend anything you are having good results with?

Immediately after a workout I take Waxy Maise Starch.

Then 20-30 minutes later I have some Protein Powder, Oatmeal, and Fruit (or similar)
 
Thanks first i have heard of WMS...do sponsers sell it or is is something i can pickup a major grocery store? Also do you dose it like dextrose? i usually do 50g protein 100 carbs? I guess ill have to do some searching on it.

so i've been reading around look like taking it right after workout usually 2 scoops...are you measuring this amount in carbs or grams?

then 20-30 mins later protein and carbs would you then run a slower carb for PWO 2?

You can get Waxy maise at TrueProtein and probably every other supplement shop. It was have a different name.

TrueProtein sells it for a great price and they have a lot of other products you might be interested in.

You know the scoops you get with your protein powders? Keep them and re use them. I use two scoops of WMS immediately after a workout. Then 20 mins later I use protein + oatmeal (complex carbs) + fruit (simple carbs).

You can sub the fruit for dextrose if you want to use dex
