PWO nutrition

I find eggs and egg whites digest pretty quickly. Fruit and high GI carbs get absorbed the quickest. I like rice cakes personally for post workout.

I'm sure 3J will comment on this sometime, but imo I'm pretty sure you will want a quick absorbing simple carb, instead of whole wheat try white bagel, no cottage cheese, and full scoop protein shake.
a carb with a high GI level would be best
