Question about a test/tren/Anadrol cycle

Unfortunately this is the gear that I have to work with for now. I have yet to find a local connect.

I'm on a very lean & clean diet of just chicken/vegetables/fish/fruit/protein shakes. I've been getting all of my carbs from the veggies and fruit. I'll just start eating a lot more.

You aren't going to grow on veggies and protein shakes; you need sweet potatoes, brown rice, oats, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, steak and lean ground beef along with your chicken and fish. And probably some icecream and a few mcDoubles.

That sounds great to me! It's hard to stick to the diet that I'm on. I was just searching for a good plan to gain some mass.

Back to the gear... I'm going to drop the Anadrol and stick to test/tren this go around.

I would suggest either EQ or deca with test; drol or dbol if you -want- to add an oral. You'll look much better cut if you have more muscle to show off!

I'm going to drop the drol completely.

@ Snowpatrol I just made my grocery list for steak, Greek yogurt, sweet potatoes etc... Going to Costco tomorrow. Thanks

Eq is for cutting correct? I do have some eq but wanted to see how tren would work with my body. I'm going to drop the drol while doing test/tren.

EQ is for lean gains, and has to be run for 15-16 weeks to have a good effect. Any shorter period deca or NPP would be better.

RE: Costco - good call. If you're moderately lazy like me, they sell pre-cut sweet potatos (in fry shape) that are just sweet potatoes though with no shit added. Add your own extra-virgin olive oil, tiny bit of vinegar & bake...amazing side for whatever main course (read: big chunk of meat) you are having.

My favorite way to eat greek yogurt is with oatmeal. Hot oatmeal, cold/cool greek yogurt on top with some milled flax seed & fruit (frozen berries work great). Super filling, tasty, healthy etc.

Cottage cheese is great, only downside is sodium content...and my favorite way to eat cottage cheese is with salsa, so that's a double whammy. Basically watch your overall sodium intake since you'll be eating a lot of food/meat.

That's an awesome way to eat the cottage chesse and the yogurt. That's sounds all of the ingredients that I'm buying and a perfect way to eat them. Thanks again!

Snowpatrol, if you have the time would you mind posting what you would would eat in a day and what times? Also, where your workout is in that time.

We're a bit different sizes (I'm 6', 215ish @ 10% bf) so you'd want to adjust macros slightly to reflect that. My bulking diet took me from 200-215 between oct1 and jan1 I used to have the macros but cbf to break them out again. When I get home I'll try to remember to email my spreadsheet to work for posting tomorrow. Basically my maintenance, including a 75 minute workout per day and my new desk job (used to work in a shop) worked out to 3500 cals give or take, so I aimed for minimum 4k but frequently hit 5,000 with evening icecream etc. I can easily see how people give up life and perma-bulk, lol.

Right on man, that would be great. I'm just trying to get an idea of a good bulking diet. I need it for sure.

That's what I've started to do and I love it. It's nice to not have so many restrictions. Still eating clean but adding carbs and eating a lot more.
