I know there are good calories and bad calories but I have a question about the bad calories. Lets say i was to eat a pastrami and corned beef sandwich with cole slaw and russian dressing that was 1500 calories (Guessing).
Then i did 1.5 hours of cardio to burn 1500 calories. Would it be a wash? or would the huge amount of fat stay with me
