Question about calories

I know there are good calories and bad calories but I have a question about the bad calories. Lets say i was to eat a pastrami and corned beef sandwich with cole slaw and russian dressing that was 1500 calories (Guessing).

Then i did 1.5 hours of cardio to burn 1500 calories. Would it be a wash? or would the huge amount of fat stay with me :D?
 
If you intake 1500 calories and then burn 1500 calories the net intake will equal zero regardless of the food.

However you have to remember....with junk you are missing out on vital minerals and nutrients that will help you train and recover better. As well as bad food will stay in your arteries, etc.
