Question about reducing mild gyno near the end of Tren E / Test E cycle?

On week 9 with 3 pins of Test left (I decided to cut the cycle 2 weeks short b/c of gyno symptoms)

Cycle:
Test E: 500mg/week, weeks 1-10
Tren E: 500mg/week, weeks 1-8
Adex: 0.25 EoD
HCG: 500iu/week, 2 x 250iu shots
Caber: 0.25 twice per/week

Stats:
225lbs
24 yrs young
12% BF

I started to notice my nipples were a little sensitive to the touch around the start of week 8 (3/13/2016) and by that Wednesday(3/16/2016) I could feel a "pebble" under each nipple about the size of a raisin(maybe a little smaller) and my nipples were a little puffy. The puffiness isn't noticeable when standing upright, but if I crouch over and flex my pec you can see the puffy rocket shaped nipple. I would also like to add that on that Wednesday there was also lactation out of both nipples.

What I have done so far:
Starting that Wednesday I front loaded 1mg of Caber for 3 days(Wed-Fri) which seemed to take away the lactation. I also upped my Adex to 0.5 ED and switched the caber to 0.5 EoD. It is now Tuesday (3/22/2016) and after consulting with a a friend that had tren induced gyno from not properly controlling his estrogen, he recommended that I switch the caber to 0.5 ED and drop the Adex to 0.5 EoD.

The sensitivity in both nipples is almost none existent(still minor if I press hard enough and in the right area), but the pebble and rocket shipped tissue are still present.

I have spent hours each day since that Wednesday reading and researching, but I am coming across conflicting opinions left and right, but such are the way of forums. The only consistent option I see across the board is nuking with Letro and then tappering down w/ Nolva.

My ask is what should I do considering I am near the end of my cycle? Should I continue on my same route and stop everything after my last pin? Should I continue my current course after my last pin up until PCT? Or should I try something completely different? Any advise is appreciated.

Up the adex. Take 40 mg Nolvadex first week, then 20 mg everyday until it goes away. Keep taking it for a few days after to make sure it's gone.

Tren induced gyno... Never heard of it. There is a gyno sticky in the ology faq's thread. Give it a read. Caber will do nothing for gyno symptoms. Serms combat gyno. Ralox and nolva seem to be the top choices.

Should I keep taking caber or change the dosage? And how much adex?

Also, since I am nearing the end of my cycle, how would taking the Novladex work? Should I continue it up until and through my planned PCT date and add in Clomid on that date or?

Well, if you're lactating then your prolactin levels are high. This is generally observed in the presence of progestins such as nandrolone and trenbolone. High prolactin levels will lead to lactating males. Again, do not squeeze your nipples to reproduce the issue, ever. You're making things worse. There is no such thing as prolactin-gynecomastia. So while you're lactating, it does not mean your breast tissue has developed and growing. It merely means that you're lactating. That's your condition: Male Lactation. Not gynecomastia. Similar to folks who suffer Hyperprolactinaemia.

It's in the very first paragraph bud...

That was one issue, the other are the small raisin sized "pebbles" behind each nipple. I am looking for advice on how to treat with Nolva while being so close to the end of my cycle. Would it be beneficial to run the Nolva treatment dosage as stated in the thread from now and through PCT or should I just run it until the day of my last pin and wait for PCT to start again?

I would follow the advice given in the thread that was suggested...

"TO REVERSE GYNECOMASTIA WITH SERMS:

Raloxifene: 60mg daily for 10 days, then 30mg daily util reversed. You should see improvement in approx. 4 to 6 weeks. If you choose to run 60 mg daily until it's gone, do not exceed 60 days.

Tamoxifen: 40mg daily for one week. Then 20mg daily until gynecomastia is reversed. "

But would I continue this method after my last pin and in to PCT?

It has been 15 days since last Tren pin and 8 days since last Test pin.

Been running nolva at 40mg ED since 3/24/16, so 6 days now. Along with that .5mg Adex and .5mg Caber EOD.

There hasn't been any improvement in lump size and puffiness has stayed the same if not gotten slightly worse(hard to tell).

Any thoughts/advice?

It can take up to six months. Sometimes only surgery can remove it. Patience grasshopper.
