Question about women and PED's

So the girl I have been dating for a while now is also very committed to the fitness lifestyle. She is consistent in the gym and works with a nutritionist, after some time she is starting to plateau and wants to push further and possibly compete. I have a very basic knowledge of several hormones that are on the safe side for women, but not nearly enough to give advice on a dose or on any other PED's such as T3. I hope this isnt too general of a question, but we are just hoping to gather more information for her to then make an educated decision. I started her on 500mg of test prop last night (just kidding on the that part lol). Thanks!
 
What are her goals? More endurance? Less body fat? Increase muscle mass? Powerlifting? Look good in a bikini?

Bf: won't know until she sees her nutritionist next week and I don't have my calipers, but id say on the low end of mid range (disclaimer: I don't have a trained eye)

Her goals are to loose body fat and add some musclee, end game goals would be women's physique.
