I like pudding
So the girl I have been dating for a while now is also very committed to the fitness lifestyle. She is consistent in the gym and works with a nutritionist, after some time she is starting to plateau and wants to push further and possibly compete. I have a very basic knowledge of several hormones that are on the safe side for women, but not nearly enough to give advice on a dose or on any other PED's such as T3. I hope this isnt too general of a question, but we are just hoping to gather more information for her to then make an educated decision. I started her on 500mg of test prop last night (just kidding on the that part lol). Thanks!
