Question for 3J or Cashout

Since I know 3J is a wizard from being on his diet and since Cashout seems to know his shit. If either of you guys had to skip a meal what do you do? I know there really is no need to skip but lets just say you oversleep and can't get breakfast? The other question is are there any good Meal Replacement Shakes to take for that or are the yall garbage? I'm talking for like oversleeping and not even having time to throw some Whey in a blender.
 
eating something is better then eating nothing at all.. that's for sure..

so some type of replacement shake would work better.. but organization is key in dieting.. you have to follow a schedule
 
This isn't an issue that I've had to deal with since I am quasi-retired and have more time than I know what to do with on most days.

As 3J mentioned, organization is the key. This is where cooking meals for the week ahead of time would really help you out. Then it is a matter of grab and go as opposed to skip.
