Question for the experienced guys only.

I resemble the guy in my avatar, but im not quite at his level yet. Im still young......:D

I had pics of myself up before on here when I had a layer of fat on me and weighing 225lbs with only 4 abs. I will post progress pics in 3-4 months.

I would suggest warming up

first warmup is 25% of working set weight for 12-15 reps
second warmup is 50% of working set weight for 1-3 reps
third warmup is 75% of working set weight for 1-2 reps

minutes of prevention could decrease years of pain down the road.

but I am 232lbs, 6 foot with a 6pack so I got that going for me :)

Hahaha, I know all that already. Thanks anyway. Injurys just happen sometimes.

Also, how do you know what I look like? Thats not me in my avatar btw.
