Diet (Total) Probably for the 1st six weeks, might change it up after,
1 cup of oatmeal + 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
8oz. Skinless boneless chicken breast baked
6oz. Asparagus
Chick is split 2oz/2oz/4oz for the 3 meals a day.
Asparagus is 2oz/2oz/2oz with the chicken.

500mg L-Carnitine (morning before cardio, empty stomach before breakfast)
N.O. Xplode blueberry pre-workout 30 minutes before 3 scoops)
Dymazite Z-Force Anabolic Test Enhancer pre-workout 30 minutes (2 capsules)
