Getting in better shape! First time..

Stats: 6'2"
Weight: 241.5lb
Age: 16
BF: 25-30%

Diet (Total) Probably for the 1st six weeks, might change it up after,
1 cup of oatmeal + 2 teaspoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
8oz. Skinless boneless chicken breast baked
6oz. Asparagus

Chick is split 2oz/2oz/4oz for the 3 meals a day.
Asparagus is 2oz/2oz/2oz with the chicken.

Supplements:
500mg L-Carnitine (morning before cardio, empty stomach before breakfast)
N.O. Xplode blueberry pre-workout 30 minutes before 3 scoops)
Dymazite Z-Force Anabolic Test Enhancer pre-workout 30 minutes (2 capsules)
Animal Pak multi-vitamin.

6 month transformation cutting...

Day 1:

Fast paced walk 2 miles, Jogged 1 mile.

set 1 - 5 curls @40lb's, 5 reps of dumbell rows @40lb's (i think it's what their called.), 5 reps of arm raises @40lb's..

set 2 - 5 curls @40lb's, 5 reps of dumbell rows @40lb's (i think it's what their called.), 5 reps of arm raises @40lb's..

set 3 - 5 curls @40lb's, 5 reps of dumbell rows @40lb's (i think it's what their called.), 5 reps of arm raises @40lb's..

set 4 - 5 curls @40lb's, 5 reps of dumbell rows @40lb's (i think it's what their called.), 5 reps of arm raises @40lb's..

set 5 - 5 curls @40lb's, 5 reps of dumbell rows @40lb's (i think it's what their called.), 5 reps of arm raises @40lb's..

I'll continue this routine and maybe change it up and add stuff periodically
for the next 6 weeks.
