i just moved to fort worth, texas and the gym in the apartment complex is rather small- 1 universal machine (950 something), 1 treadmill, 1 eleptical, and 1 stairmaster(which is shitty). anyways, i am being totally honest... i have never used a machine or a machine like this in my few yrs training. i have mostly done ol'ing and pl'ing movements. so, this leaves me to my question-

can someone please help me with a workout plan geared towards fat loss and conditioning with the equipment i have? i also own a 35lb kb and 10lb med ball which i will always use. i won't go to an acutal gym for 4-6 wks due to finances and such so in the meantime i would like to use what i have. thanks.

Really, fat loss is all about diet. Get your diet in order, and start doing cardio in the AM for 40-60 minutes on an empty stomach (low intensity) 4-5 times a week, along with training on the universal machine in the afternoon. Give it 8-12 weeks and you'll love the results.

As for exercises with this universal machine, I don't know which one it is so I have no idea what you can do with it. If you can, get a brand name or take a picture of it. There are so many out there now (boflex etc)...
